Using Outreach API the client can:

• GET Notifications Get notifications for results letters associated with a client program.
• GET Notification by Barcode Get a specific notification for results letter associated with a client program, using the barcode.
• GET Results Letters events Get a event feed, using the program name, with generated results letters for each patient and a patient's Primary Care Provider (PCP).
• Download Results Letter Download results letters for all patients and a patient's Primary Care Provider, using the barcode .
